Nepal has a rich blanket of flora and fauna, which is equally popular amongst visitors for wildlife safari in the lap of Himalayas. There are famous national parks that are home to some of the endangered species and tall grasslands. Indian elephant, the Bengal tiger, gaur.

Chitwan National Park : Is located in the central Terai region of Nepal, was founded in 1973 and falls under UNESCO world heritage site for its vibrant flora and fauna such as grasslands, Churia hills, Narayani river, Ox-bow lakes along with the flood plains of Rapti and Reu. Did you know that Chitwan national park is home to single-horned asiatic rhinos, royal Bengal tiger, pangolins, golden monitor lizard, sloth, bears and exotic species of birds.

Bardia National Park : It is one of the largest national parks, that is located in the Terai region, spanning over an area of 968 sq.km. The objective of this national park is to conserve tigers and its prey. The Karnali river that is found in the buffer zone is home to Gangetic dolphins while the Babai valley is the centre of attraction for rhinos, tigers and elephants.

Shreebun Nature Camp : Is a perfect family place that is located on the Nalang, at an altitude of 1300 m, and offers some special views of the Himalayas. One can also get to interact with the native communities such as Newar, Magar, Kami and Damai. One can indulge in bird watching, mountain biking here in Shreeban nature camp. The village of Nalang gets connected with Dhola trail, famous for treks.

    DAY 1

    Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the accommodation.

    DAY 2

    After breakfast, check out some attractions such as Swayambhunath stupa and Durbar square, also you can indulge in shopping if you prefer.

    DAY 3

    With excitement fully loaded, we travel to the Nagarjun forest reserve, which is popular amongst bird watchers. We head back to Kathmandu for the night.

    DAY 4

    Time to hop on the jeeps and head to Shriban nature park. This leg also includes walking for a couple of hours. This splendid park offers awesome views of mountains and the landscape. Here, we will be staying for 2 nights at camp. Lunch and dinner are included.

    Time to relax, walk, breathe. If you love to dare, then we can arrange hang gliding and rock climbing.

    DAY 6

    After a good breakfast, we drive to Chitwan national park, navigating through the Terai region which takes six hours.

    We shall explore Chitwan national park further and it is always fascinating to spot elephants, tigers and rhinos. Adding more to the fascination, we have a jeep safari, river ride by log canoe. Overnight accommodation at the national park. Dinner follows.

    DAY 8

    Another bright day, where we head to Bardia national park, with stops in between, to enjoy and appreciate the scenery of the Terai region. Lunch follows. Upon arriving in Bardia, the jeep would be taking us to the lodge for an overnight stay with dinner.

    DAY 9

    Day will be spent by undertaking a jeep safari, through Nepal's largest wildlife sanctuary, followed by river rafting and guided forest walks. The evening is yours where you can relax at the lodge.

    DAY 10

    Safari adventure continues after breakfast, followed by bird watching activities. The day will be planned so that you get to see lions, deer etc. Lunch and dinner included.

    The last day of your Safari trip . Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served.

    Time to head to Nepalgunj for the flight back to Kathmandu. You would be transferred to the accommodation in Kathmandu. Explore the city, just in case you intend to visit a place or purchase souvenirs.

    Yay! The day is free at Kathmandu.

    Sweet home is calling. Time to take the flight back home.
